Straight Up Receipts is built so that we cannot see your data.
No collection
The app has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics and no servers operated by us. We do not collect, receive, store or sell any personal data. The App Store privacy label for this app is "Data Not Collected".
Your receipts stay yours
Receipt scans, PDFs and ledger entries are stored on your device and, if you choose a folder, in your own iCloud Drive via your Apple account. That storage is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and encryption, and only you have access to it.
Camera
The camera is used only to scan receipts, on-device, at the moment you use it. Images are processed with Apple's on-device text recognition; nothing is uploaded to us.
Purchases
The optional Pro upgrade is processed entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
